The sides of the ball joints on the attachments fell off very quickly. Super flimsy, weak, and disappointing. This is the 2nd Dyson vacuum I’ve purchased and won’t be buying another.

Cheap plastic fittings

Cheap plastic exterior parts. The parts broke within the first few months. Didn’t move well and just flimsy.

I only have this for few weeks and the rating may be reviewed in future. First impressions: excellent mechanical performance, suction etc. Versatile due to the multiple attachments that can tackle any type of floor. SEPA filter an excellent addition. Maneuverability is also very good and the battery is more than enough for my needs in auto mode. On the downside engine part is on the heave side and needs some getting used to. The option of having it at the top or the bottom would be a welcome feature in case of model upgrade. Price is also on the expensive side, not sure if it is worth it. And most importantly the quality of all the plastic parts does not shout quality and robustness. Points to improve in later versions.
