Good TV- but a serious fault occured within 1 year

I purchased this LG 65 inch OLED-EVO-C3-PSA-ATR on 22 Jan 2024 and it was working very well. I could have given a 5 star rating for the performance. But I am giving a 3 star rating just because the TV developed a black spot on the screen (with a10 mm radius) in the 12th month of purchase. However when I lodged complaint with LG (website) they changed the display panel free of cost because the TV was still under warranty. I am told by the service engineer that the cost of replaced display panel is approx (INR 1,07,000) INR.89,816 plus 18% GST. Normally the lifespan of OLED display panel is about 100,000 hours of usage. i.e life, anything above 20-25 years if used 10 hours a day. I am extremely careful in using the TV. My usage woulbe about 2/3 hours (not every day) only 15-20 days in a month that too with proper pixel cleaning etc. Had my display gone bad after warranty period, I should have shelled out more than INR. 100,000 to replace the display. I am apprehensive of the replaced display panel too. LG need to take care this serious fault.

Oustanding picture quality, easy setup. Many people mention the remote lacking an intuitive feature set. I agree to a point, but that's not enough of a reason to not buy this TV.
